Tony Caliendo

Tony has been representing clients in civil litigation for more than 17 years.
He has represented businesses and individuals in a wide range of commercial and other civil disputes, and he focuses on helping his clients achieve the most favorable results possible, whether that means pursuing litigation to a final judgment or negotiating a resolution to the dispute.
Tony has litigated cases in state and federal courts and represented clients in arbitrations and mediations. Tony has won cases on pretrial motions, and he has also helped his clients win at trial.
Tony helps his clients understand their options and select the course of action that best serves their interests. Tony knows how to focus on the most important issues and advance his clients’ most compelling arguments.
Tony received his law degree in 2004 from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. He also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Utah State University. Tony speaks Spanish. He was formerly a partner at Perkins Coie LLP.
